We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, including where fraudulent activity is suspected.
Room rates are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A deposit or full pre-payment may be required at the time of booking, as specified during the booking process. The remaining balance, if any, is due at check-in or check-out. We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our booking platform. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will honor the rate agreed at the time of confirmation.

Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability and possible additional charges. Valid photo identification and the payment card used for booking may be required at check-in.
Guests are expected to treat our property, staff, and other guests with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest from the property, without refund, in cases of abusive behavior, damage to property, illegal activity, or violation of house rules (including smoking policies and maximum occupancy limits). Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Luxe Haven Stay or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe Haven Stay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your stay, including loss of personal belongings, except where caused by our negligence.
